The envelope window has a height of 0.875” and a width of 3.5”. In order for the recipient address to be fully visible through the bottom window, make sure it is placed 0.5” from the left paper margin and 2.25” from the top margin.
Documents that are 10 + pages are sent out in a Flat, 9″ x 12″ envelope. Postal Method’s sends all documents between 1 to 9 pages pages in a double window #10 envelope. Any content outside these specified margins may not printed.įor best results, we recommend you start writing the body of the letter at least 4″ from the top of the page and 0.5″ from the left.
The content on your documents should be setup and limited to 0.25 inch margins on the top, 0.5 inches from the left and bottom and 0.5 inch on the right.
